The Iowa TRIO Alumni Information Form is below for all programs to distribute to their students who are about to graduate. Please have each graduate complete a form and forward them to me through e-mail at streift@nicc.edu. Thanks for your help in maintaining contact with our alumni because they are our best voices in advocacy!

Also, if anyone has an exceptional alumni they would like to consider for MAEOPP's TRIO Achiever award this year please forward names and a brief story to the same email address so we can start thinking about who we want to nominate.
